At SWAN Rehab, we are staffed by people who are highly trained in the art and science of neurological rehabilitation (stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis).

Our therapists are more than well-trained clinicians... they are caring and nurturing people who know that recovery from stroke, brain injury, Parkinson's disease, and other neurological conditions is a result of both skill and concern for both the patient and the care giver.

We believe that motor function can improve regardless of the age of the patient or how long it's been since a stroke, brain injury, or neurological conditions such as Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.

The SWAN therapists are also trained in rehabilitation of total joint replacement.
